The business landscape has altered beyond recognition since last
year's Property and Business Investment Show.
In May last year, its sponsors, exhibitors and delegates,
numbering over 550 people, flocked to Pride Park in order to make
new contacts and tap into the city's business and property
expertise.
The same desire remains - although the going will be tougher, as
people pick up the pieces after the worst economic downturn to hit
the world since the Depression.
Between November 2008 and March 2009 Martin Freeman, who
organises the Derby Property and Business Investment Show, has seen
first-hand the after-effects of the credit crunch.
