Over 50 percent of Italians use Internet

ROME, May 12 (Xinhua) -- More than one in two Italians use the Internet, according to a parliamentary survey released on Tuesday.

Some 58.5 percent of Italians surf the Web daily for information, said the survey conducted by a communications committee on a sample of 2,400 people.
