Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke Jr.'s strategy of putting "cops on the dots," in his words, seems to be working, and Milwaukee's buses appear to be safer as a result. Keep up the good work.

According to a Journal Sentinel article by Ryan Haggerty, reported incidents on buses have decreased so far in 2009 when compared with the same period in each of the past two years, the sheriff's office says.
