Local General Motors dealerships say they are unaffected by the
company's decision to eliminate 1,100 dealerships.

CHEYENNE - Three local General Motors dealerships said Friday
they don't believe GM's elimination of one-in-five franchises will
affect them.
General Motors on Friday told about 1,100 of its dealers that
they would be dropped by late next year.
Chrysler decided a day earlier to eliminate a quarter of its
dealerships, about 790. Five of those are in Wyoming, but none in
Cheyenne.
Halladay Motors of Cheyenne is a GM dealer.
