LEROY - No kidding around, Terry and Linda Clapp like their goat
milk.
They always wanted own a dairy, but they lived in Florida where
land was too expensive for them to afford a farm. In 1996, they
moved to a 30-acre farm in the rolling hills of Jackson County. They
bought a goat and her kid, Marty and Missy, and started a herd of
milking goats.
They learned to care for, feed and house their goats and keep
them healthy and formed TLC Farms, which is an acronym of the
couple's names. Coincidently, the goats do require tender loving
care.
"They are very picky eaters; they do not eat cans," said Linda.
"They like to be clean and they do not stink. Each one really has
