BIG SALE: Hungry antique car and truck devotees from around the
nation were preparing to descend on Quarryville for an auction of
more than 200 vehicles owned by the late Winfield B. "Winnie" Hogg,
who died in December 1983 at age 77. Hogg, who was in the automobile
and trucking business for 51 years, accumulated scores of vehicles
that he took as trade-ins at his Dodge auto agency, on North Church
