WOOSTER -- A Wooster man escaped with no injuries after a Saturday afternoon crash at the Wayne County Airport.

According to the State Highway Patrol, James F. Robinson, 66, Morgan Street, was attempting to land his 2007 Velocity RG around 12:10 p.m. when he received a failure warning for his landing gear. He retracted his gear and redeployed it, receiving confirmation from a second pilot it was visible, and attempted to land.
