Nigeria keeps amnesty open to Niger Delta militants

LAGOS, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Nigerian President Umaru Yar'Adua has pledged the Nigerian federal government's offer of amnesty is still open to militants in the Niger Delta if they lay down their arms, the News Agency of Nigeria reported on Saturday.
