Article: Training facility sells for [euro]3.5m

BUSINESS PARK developer Rohan Holdings is building a new aircraft simulator-based training facility for Simtech Aviation Ltd at Dublin AirPort Logistics Park in north Dublin.

The bespoke facility with 1,861sq m (20,029sq ft) will cost Simtech Aviation Ltd close to the asking price of [euro]3.5 million.

Simtech Aviation, soon to relocate from Dublin Airport, provides a range of training services to both domestic and international airline personnel and to simulator engineers. The development of Kestrel House for Simtech will bring the volume of completed space in the 150-acre park up to 46,450sq m (500,000sq ft).
