Article: Under Armour sues in U.S. District Court in Baltimore over 'knock off' sunglasses

That is, in essence, the message Under Armour Inc. aired when the Baltimore sportswear giant filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against a Denver company it accuses of selling "knock-off" sunglasses with a confusingly similar logo of interlocking "U" and "A" letters.

Under Armour claims Navajo Manufacturing Co. Inc.'s "Ultimate Action" sunglasses are not only of the same design and style as Under Armour's but also feature the logo in the same place on the frames, sometimes in the same colors as Under Armour's products, and are marketed similarly.
