Hercules
cultural fest returns: The city's 31st annual Cultural Festival
takes place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. June 6 and 7, with the theme
"Travel the World in Two Days."
The event, a celebration of heritages that has expanded from its
original single day, brings music, dance, food and more to Refugio
Valley Park, at the corner of Refugio Valley Road and Sycamore
Avenue. Admission is free.
The headline performer for June 6 is Napata & The Kisses, while
Full Circle Review has top billing June 7. Other acts will include
Tiare O Te Ao, Kucheza Ngoma II Dance Inc. and performers from Los
Cenzontles Cultural Center in San Pablo.
Refugio Valley Park and parking lot will be closed to regular use
