Article: Missouri firm to transform downtown Tulsa hotel into Holiday Inn by end of '09

Tulsa may have a full-service Holiday Inn by the end of 2009.

The Springfield, Mo., firm OHT IV LLC paid $6.7 million for the 14-floor Downtown Plaza Hotel at Seventh Street and Boulder, according to Tulsa County Courthouse records.

OHT, managed by attorney Timothy B. O'Reilly of Springfield, immediately closed the hotel to renovate the 148,928-square-foot facility for that InterContinental Hotels and Resorts brand.
