NORTH HAVEN -- Town and school employees will once again get their health insurance coverage from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Connecticut.

First Selectwoman Janet M. McCarty said the town is switching from ConnectiCare. When McCarty put health insurance out to bid last year, ConnectiCare bid lower than Anthem, but Anthem outdid ConnectiCare during negotiations for the coming fiscal year. Anthem will continue to administer the town's self-insured dental coverage and drugs will be self-insured.
