Article: CDC officials confirm state's first swine flu case

The swine flu outbreak has hit all 50 states with the first confirmed case in West Virginia, federal health officials said Tuesday.

Tests by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta came back positive in one West Virginia case, spokesman Joseph Quimby said. He didn't release where the case was from and referred questions to state health officials.
