RETTEW recently promoted David E. Hoglund, PE, from project
manager to group manager of bridge engineering and named Daniel A.
Rogers, PE, senior bridge engineer. Hoglund and Rogers work in the
firm's transportation group.
Hoglund oversees bridge engineering operations and serves as
technical adviser, coach and mentor to the firm's bridge engineers
and designers. Hoglund, of Lititz, has a bachelor's degree in civil
engineering from Penn State University.
Rogers is responsible for coordinating and supervising the
design, investigation and construction of bridge projects for both
private- and public-sector clients. Rogers, of Mountville, holds a
