Sister Terry Dodge is a woman on a mission.
The Sisters of St. Louis nun serving as executive director of
Crossroads Inc., a nonprofit, residential program for women recently
released from Southern California prisons, doesn't host pity
parties.
She doesn't have an enabling personality, but her strong
spiritual convictions and realistic applications help women
transform despair into hope, find gainful employment and discover
promise and possibility abide within themselves.
Sister Terry, 57, learned how love and hope anchor individuals
from her parents Ervin and Patricia Dodge and siblings Janice,
