Article: If Sam's death saves another life then some good will have come from it

THE grieving family of Sam Leeson hopes one year on from his death, lessons have been learned about cyber bullying.

Schoolboy Sam, 13, was found dead at his Tredworth home on June 5, 2008.

The ex-pupil of Severn Vale School in Quedgeley is believed by his family to have hanged himself after becoming the victim of online bullying about his alternative way od dressing and love of Emo music.

Sam's mum Sally Cope, said: "We have had a lot of advice about what to do on the anniversary from charities like Winston's Wish but you don't know how you will be feeling.

"We will be going to the cemetery as a family but it is just another day in a horrendous year ...
