TRACES of the deadly poison ricin may have been discovered at the
house of a suspected white supremacist, detectives said last night.
A liquid, which initial screening shows could contain ricin, was
contained in a sealed jam jar - and is believed by police to have
formed part of a terror plot against an unknown target.
The revelation comes days after anti-terror officers raided the
home of 41-year-old Ian Davison, in Myrtle Grove, Burnopfield,
County Durham.
The former lorry driver and his 18-year-old son, Nicky Davison,
who are suspected of being involved with a far-right organisation,
were detained on Tuesday under the Terrorism Act 2000. The pair are
