Penn Avenue was jammed with its usual bumper-to-bumper line of 9- to-5ers blowing the whistle on their Wednesday workday, but inside the O'Reilly Theater, more than 500 show-stoppers created their own gridlock on the red carpet during the Pittsburgh Public Theater's inaugural VIP (Very Important Premieres) Party.
