Article: Grilled Pizza Dough

1 package (0.25 ounce) active dry yeast

3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees)

2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons cornmeal, for dusting

DISSOLVE yeast in the warm water.

PLACE flour, salt, sugar and oil in a separate bowl. Make a well in the center and place the yeast and water in it. Mix thoroughly until the dough is the consistency is of an elastic ball.
