South Charleston bridge project plagued with more delays
The Central Avenue Overpass bridge project will not begin as
scheduled, the South Charleston City Council announced June 4.
City Manager Carlton Lee informed council that following a
meeting with Ahern & Associates and MS Consultants Inc., the city
removed signs stating that the bridge would close June 5. New signs
will go up with a new date, once the city knows when that is, Lee
said.
