Tammy Borstar, executive director of Capitol Market, reports that
the outdoor spring flowering market is dwindling as vendors prepare
for the transition to the produce farmers. There are still outdoor
garden plants, hanging baskets and vegetable plants.
Bostic Greenhouses has oxheart tomato plants and garden salsa
peppers. Ron Crihfield has a limited selection of yellow and green
squash, West Virginia sweet onions, pickling cucumbers and this
weekend new potatoes.
John Crihfield has a limited selection of fresh pulled green
onions, green and yellow zucchini and yellow squash, kusha squash
