Cheryl Ann Cunningham, age 42, of 10 S. Prince St., Lancaster, PA, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of Marcia Hayes Ramsey of Pittsburgh and the late Melton Smith, Sr.. She and her husband, Elijah W. Cunningham, celebrated their 13th anniversary on Feb. 14th.

She was a graduate of Taylor Allderdice High School in Pittsburgh.

Cheryl was employed as a certified nursing assistant at Holiday Manor in Scranton, PA, Willow Valley and Conestoga View Nursing Home until her illness in 2004.

She was a member of Bright Side Baptist Church and was active in the church health ministry. She enjoyed stateside travel, sharing ...
