Prime sheep remained on a par with previous weeks at livestock sales at Canterbury Agricultural Park, in Christchurch, this week.

Heavy sheep made $80 to $95, medium $65 to $76, and light $50 to $65. A good-sized yarding of prime lambs offered some excellent quality. A small yarding of store cattle met sound demand.
