Notre Dame Roman Catholic School in Derriford has set its own fashion trends.

A total of 153 students aged 13 and 14 were asked to create a new hat to market - and they came up with a variety of eyecatching designs.

Team brainstorming sessions at the business event produced a vast array of unique ideas, which soon transformed into a range of hats fit for Ascot.

The event, on Monday, was organised by the Tamar Education Business Partnership to give some of the girls at the school a fun day where they could learn about business at the same time.
