A Taste of Scandinavia is coming to Gloucester Cathedral for an exhibition.

The work of Scandinavian contemporary artist Ludmila Pawlowska will be on show from Saturday, August 1 to Thursday, September 3.

Icons in Transformation is part of an international tour that takes in cathedrals and churches throughout Europe, including venues in the UK, Scandinavia, Ireland and Switzerland.

During the display the Cathedral will be transformed with 12 monumental works, entitled Your face I am looking for hanging between the pillars in the nave, and a series of sculptures.
