The $13.1 million Braddock Senior Housing development will
include 53 low-income housing units: 50 one-bedooms and three two-
bedrooms. The developer is a joint venture of Pennrose GP LLC and
Ralph A. Falbo Inc. Plans call for 21 units for households making 50
percent or less of the area's median income and 26 units for
households with incomes of 60 percent of the median. Six units will
be for handicapped individuals. The 53,000-square-foot building at
Fourth Street and Braddock Avenue will have meeting space, a dining
room with kitchen, lounge and courtyard.
