Making cups of tea three times a day wasn't exactly what 18-year- old Aaron Millar thought he would be doing when he decided to pursue a career in mechanical engineering.

But Aaron doesn't mind in the least - he's just relieved he is not one of the growing number of people joining the dole queue, before he had even launched a career.
