Article: Boundary Capital in talks to extend [euro]38.6m debt facility

BOUNDARY CAPITAL, the Irish listed investment group led by financier Niall McFadden, is in talks with Anglo Irish Bank to "re- arrange and extend" a [euro]38.6 million debt facility that expired yesterday.

"The outcome of these discussions is uncertain and ongoing," Boundary said.

This news was revealed by the company in its full-year results, which showed that Boundary made a loss of [euro]54.4 million in 2008.

It had net liabilities at the end of December of [euro]6 million.

The accounts show that Boundary paid [euro]5.9 million in interest on its various loans and overdrafts in 2008. It had revenue of [euro]31.4 million.
