Neil Rothenberg, Piedmont
The Highlanders' seven-year veteran coach has put together more
than a few solid teams over the years. But before this year, one
thing had eluded Rothenberg and the Highlanders -- a NCS team
championship.
With the addition of a Division II bracket to NCS, Piedmont not
only reached its first NCS final this year, it also won the title.
"The focus this year was on the team rather than individual
