Poland not key to Lisbon Treaty: president

WARSAW, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Poland is not the key to the Lisbon Treaty, Polish President Lech Kaczynski said on Monday at a meeting with diplomats.

Kaczynski, who has been frequently urged to sign the act, has said he would only do so after Ireland and Germany accept it. In Poland the Treaty only needs the president's signature to be adopted.
