Poland's exports to fall by 6.3 percent in 2009

WARSAW, June 30 (Xinhua) -- The volume of Polish exports is expected to fall in 2009 by 6.3 percent year-on-year, according to estimates released on Tuesday by the Institute for Market, Consumption and Business Cycles Research (IBRKiK).

The volume of 2009 imports is expected to fall by 7.4 percent, the IBRKiK was quoted as saying by the Polish news agency PAP.

According to the forecast, the 2010 exports should grow by 0.4 percent, while imports should go up 1.7 percent.
