Article: A healthier way with strawberries

It's official: rain can no longer stop play on Centre Court at Wimbledon.

If the news hasn't sent you into a tailspin, then you might be willing to make a few more changes to your tennis-watching routine - including how you eat your strawberries.

Tucking into bowls of strawberries smothered with sugar and cream, washed down with lashings of Pimm's, can cause teeth to dissolve, bodies to widen and life expectancy to shorten.

But the truth is strawberries are a delicacy which don't need that much help.

By swapping cream for something that won't put a spike in your blood sugar levels, or your Pimm's for a strawberry squash, we could all live to enjoy the new Wimbledon roof for a few more years.
