Six Penn Kitchen's executive chef, Keith Fuller, wanted to be a
chef so badly he begged his way into restaurants from the time he
was 15.
Never attending culinary school, Fuller learned his craft from
professional chefs at every restaurant he worked. He sweated behind
stoves in Hudson, Ohio, for five years before moving to Dayton.
"On my days off, I worked for free," says Fuller, 29, a Delaware
native. "I wanted to learn different techniques and get bragging
rights."
Fuller has been showing off his culinary skills ever since. After
Dayton, Fuller traveled to Philadelphia and became a chef at the
