Following is the schedule of events, all to be held in Bangor,
marking the 25th anniversary of Charlie Howard's death:
. Remembrance with a vesper service at 6:30 p.m. today at the
Unitarian Universalist Church, 120 Park St., led by the Rev. Susan
E. Davies of the Bangor Theological Seminary. The Charlie Howard
Memorial at the State Street bridge will be dedicated after the
service.
. Concert with Maine Gay Men's Chorus, Women with Wings and
Voices for Peace at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Unitarian Universalist Church,
120 Park St.
. Reception and art exhibit, "Charlie Howard, 25 Years Later,
How Far Has Maine Come?" from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Thursday at the
Bangor Public Library.
