U.S., Brazilian, Dutch, Austrian women enter quarterfinals of beach volleyball world championships

STAVANGER, Norway, July 3 (Xinhua) -- Three teams each from the United States and Brazil along with one each from Austria and the Netherlands won their matches on Friday to advance to women's quarterfinals of the 2009 SWATCH FIVB World Championships.

The quarterfinal matches to be held later in the day will feature the top-six-seeded teams from Brazil and the United States, along with the No. 12 seed from Austria and the No. 14 seed from the Netherlands.
