China trounces Bulleen Boomers in Game Two

XINYU, Southern China, July 5 (Xinhua) -- Guan Xin scored 12 of her game-high 23 points in the third quarter as China beat the Australian Bulleen Boomers 92-56 Sunday in Xinyu, Jiangxi Province, winning the Game Two of the Chinese-Australian Women's Basketball Challenge series.

Improving their defense, especially against Australia's Jenana O'Hea, who scored a game-high 28 points in Game One but only managed 12 and didn't score in the second half in her 30 minutes performance Sunday, China jumped to an early lead at 9-6 and never relinquished it.
