Rudolph Paul Hensley, 97, of Blacksburg, Va., passed away Monday,
July 6, 2009, at Heritage Hall, Blacksburg. He was born on November
5, 1911, in Swift Run, Va., to the late Benjamin Paul and Jennie
Dean Hensley. He was a long-time member of the Blacksburg United
Methodist Church, Hunters Lodge #156, AF & AM and Ingles Chapter #96
Order of the Eastern Star. He was employed at Virginia Tech for 37
years in the Electrical Engineering and the Electric Service
Departments. He was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Cornelia
Georgia Hensley; and brother and sister-in-law, Elwood and Frances
Hensley. Survivors include two sons and ...
