Worker negligence blamed for deadly train collision

BEIJING, July 15 (Xinhua) -- China's Ministry of Railways announced Wednesday that a worker's negligence of operating procedures caused a brake failure leading to a train collision that left three people dead.

A train collision happened on June 29 at Chenzhou station, in Hunan Province, caused by a brake failure of train K9017.
