The law firm of Harris Beach PLLC announced that Christopher A.
Andreucci joined the firm as senior counsel in the Public Finance
and Economic Development Practice Group. He is involved with tax-
exempt bond financings, and has drafted primary financing documents,
resolutions, closing certificates and opinions, and has provided
assistance in connection with industrial development agency sale-
leaseback transactions.
Thomas F. Knab recently joined the law firm of Underberg &
Kessler LLP, in the firm's Buffalo office. He is a partner in the
firm's litigation practice group, Knab will concentrate his practice
in the areas of commercial law and labor and employment litigation.
