Article: School Notes: Kidspace Children's Museum offering summer camps

Kidspace Children's Museum is offering summer camps for children ages 6 to 10 beginning Aug. 3.

Children will explore forces of nature, learn the basics of cooking, relive the Renaissance and build a robot through six day- camp sessions.

Each camp session is $250 with discounts offered for multiple session registration. For more information and to register: www.kidspacemuseum.org.

Camp sessions are:

Aug. 3 to Aug. 7:

From 9 a.m. to noon: Petite Artists- Kids learn to paint, starting from a sketch and adding color, shape, form and technique to create a classic painting.

From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m:Robo-Camp -

Kids learn the basic of simple machines and create robots to accomplish simple tasks.
