Brady St. cheese
Of course, we'll visit the artists' booths and the fashion shows
at the Brady Street Festival on Saturday. Right after we hit the
Cheesefest tents.
Cheese-makers attending will include some of Wisconsin's creme de
la creme. Expect to see representatives of Carr Valley; Saxon
Homestead Creamery; Seymour Dairy; Uplands Cheese; Castle Rock
Organic Dairy; Roth Kase; Sartori Foods; and BelGioioso. And
Potter's Crackers, too.
The cheese-makers will be in two tents on Brady between N.
Humboldt Ave. and N. Astor St. Organizers encourage fest-goers to
step up to any cheese-maker for a sample, rather than forming one
long line to hit the tables in order.
