For as long as she can remember, Amy Hahn always wanted a home of
her own.
When she turned 31, two years ago, and was well-settled into her
job with the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville, she began seriously
searching for a home with the help of Richard Greer, a real estate
agent with F. C. Tucker Emge REALTORS.
Now, 40 or more houses later, Hahn has closed on her new home - a
pre-owned townhouse-styled condominium at 4303 Maxwell Ave., west of
North Green River Road.
She is enjoying refurbishing the 1,025-square-foot, two-bedroom
condo to suit herself before moving in.
"I'm taking a month to get it to where I'm comfortable," she
