A SERIES of beer and cheese tasting events start in the city at
the end of the month.
National award winners Bristol Beer Factory and prize-winning
cheese makers Trethowan's Dairy are the inspiration behind the
events, which begin on July 28.
The tasting sessions aim to introduce the general public to a
wide range of quality beer and cheeses, perfectly matched to
complement each other.
The beer and cheese matching sessions have already proved popular
at Neal's Yard Dairy in London, and Bristol Beer Factory head brewer
Chris Kay is looking forward to making the tasting events a regular
feature.
