Paul Edwin Howard, 63, of Riner, Va., died on Wednesday, July 22,
2009. He was born on March 29, 1946, in Texas to the late William
Henry and Vera Oleta Carter Howard. He is survived by his wife of 44
years, Margaret Harbor Howard; children, Robert Howard and wife,
Ann, and Mitzie Munroe and husband, Jason; grandchildren, Brendan
Colin and Liam Munroe, and Legend Howard; and brothers and sisters,
Kenneth Howard, James Howard, Gloria Livingston, and Patricia
McDearmon. He enlisted in the United States Navy at 17 years of age
and served 24 years, including two ...
