Commercial Insurance, Flaherty Sensabaugh & Bonasso PLLC and the
West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection won their
divisions in the 24th annual YMCA Corporate Cup competition, which
ended Saturday.
Forty-one teams competed in a variety of events during the last
two weeks, ending with a daylong track and field meet at Laidley
Field on Saturday.
The final day's competitions included a 5-kilometer run/walk and
a tug of war pitting teams against each other.
Teams also earned points for good sportsmanship, for creating
team banners and signs, contributing non-perishable food items,
donating blood to the American Red Cross, collecting pop can tabs
