Wright, Constable & Skeen LLP has elected Howard S. Stevens
Esquire as managing partner of the firm. Stevens is a member of the
firm's construction law practice group, which represents
participants in the construction industry, from bidding and contract
negotiation through claims prosecution. He represents a broad range
of clients, including general contractors; construction managers;
subcontractors and suppliers; architects and engineers; and other
design professionals. His practice of law also includes procurement
and administrative law, general civil litigation, and trademark and
intellectual property protection. Stevens joined the firm in January
1999, and became a partner in 2004.
