Delafield Hotel, a small luxury hotel that opened in 2006, is
getting some new partners and has proposed an expansion that would
more than double its room count.
Delafield Hotel is still owned by Delafield Hospitality Group
LLC, said Connie Barbian, principal with Fort Atkinson-based IDM
Group LLC, the hotel's new management firm. But Delafield
Hospitality, an investors group led by local business operator
Robert Lang, is adding several new partners, Barbian said.
Lang, who has sold other Delafield properties in recent years,
remains a partner in Delafield Hospitality, Barbian said. Lang, who
operates Lang Investments, couldn't be reached Friday for comment.
