TBILISI, July 31 (Xinhua) -- The scheduled Friday's tripartite meeting on the recent shooting incidents in the border area between Georgia and its breakaway region of South Ossetia at the initiative of the cease-fire monitoring mission of the European Union (EU) was canceled due to Russia's absence without reason.
