Article: Exchange students talk travel

WOOSTER -- The annual return of Rotary exchange students who have spent the year in a foreign country signifies the world shrinking just a little bit more.

In their own words, they learned more about others and even themselves and often enjoyed what Alaina McConnell described as an "emotional and amazing" reunion with foreign exchange students with whom they became friends in the United States -- proving, she said, "Friendship can travel across the seas."
